In the Bainbridge Island School District, we've had great success in using Kanban and Design Thinking strategies to support educators and students during the pandemic years. I hope to connect with other likeminded ACPE leaders interested in applying Lean and Agile methodologies in their school districts.

ABOUT ME: My passion for art, design and technology has led me through a 32 year career using technology in publishing, sales, product management, and education. I've had the privilege of working in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, for large and small companies. Organizations that I've worked for include Educational Testing Service, Adobe Systems, Wizards of the Coast, and Amazon Kindle. Proud to be working in my community now as the Director of Technology at Bainbridge Island School District!

At the core of my “why” is helping people learn and grow through coaching and systems thinking. My personal passions include painting and drawing, building custom computers and keyboards, playing RPGs and MTG, behavioral economics, comics, fantasy and SF, and Agile/Lean methodologies.
