How does a high school dropout become the Assistant Superintendent - Chief Operations Officer of the second largest school district in Oregon? This is a session for technical staff that want to grow into leadership positions in the future. You don’t need a fancy degree or education, though it helps accelerate the growth. I’ll share the strategies that I have learned and used during my career in education that started as a web developer with no experience at an ESD in Eastern Oregon 24 years ago.
