Over the last year, NSD has implemented a new identity management system. This talk will cover the items you need to consider when implementing a new identity management system for your school district including:
* what is identity management and what does it include,
* data sources and how to handle exceptions,
* different types of accounts
* authentication options (MFA, SSO, Legacy apps, etc.)
* do you modify the system or modify your processes to fit the system
