Digital Student Record Transfer: Supporting kids as they move between districts

When a student moves between districts, a physical copy of the record follows, often leaving a student without timely support to keep them engaged. In a time when districts are suffering from high turnover and staffing losses, and grad rates dropping, our students and schools cannot afford to keep following processes that, while time-honored, are no longer efficient.

Education Nexus Oregon (ENO) will share how we are leveraging the Ed-Fi tech stack, collaborating with others in the Ed-Fi Community, to build a system that allows for the request, approval, and secure transmission of student records between (ENO member) districts.
